Senator Green, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                   
adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                 
1278. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                               
35(FIN) "An Act extending the termination date of the State Board of                                
Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors; extending                               
the term of a temporary member of the State Board of Registration for                               
Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors; and providing for an                                     
effective date" was adopted. (Title change authorized by SCR 10)                                    
                                                                                                    
Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on                               
final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
